Management skills (Training and Development)
Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from University of Toronto to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/experience will be able to: Demonstrate management skill to effectively help you in delivering a training program Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient outcome of the training sessions Provide suggestions to help the organisation develop leadership training based of their knowlege of managerial and leadership roles. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to training and development. Build relationships with internal teams to understand ongoing training needs. Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
