Project Goal: Create a centralized, easy-to-use internal knowledge base/SOP to capture important institutional knowledge, processes, and procedures. This will be used to quickly onboard new members to the ICON Leadership Institute team. Due to the growing global nature of the ICON brand and projects globally this internal tool will be a massive value add for the ILI founders.

Custom CRM/Lead Tracker for the ICON Leadership Institute

Project Goal: This project aims to give users an intuitive CRM system for capturing leads, taking notes, scheduling follow-ups, and visually tracking the progress of opportunities, from initial contact to closing. By tailoring the features and interface to a specific workflow or industry, this CRM will be both practical and customizable for real-world use.

Interactive AI Avatar MVP Development

The ICON Leadership Institute Corporation seeks to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an interactive AI avatar. The goal is to create a functional prototype that can be deployed to a select group of beta testers during the summer. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of AI, programming, and user interface design to create an engaging and responsive avatar. The AI avatar should be capable of basic interactions, demonstrating its potential for future enhancements. The project will focus on developing core functionalities, ensuring the avatar can perform simple tasks and respond to user inputs effectively. By the end of the project, the team will have a working MVP ready for initial user feedback, which will inform further development towards a public release by the end of the year.
