This project aims to give users an intuitive CRM system for capturing leads, taking notes, scheduling follow-ups, and visually tracking the progress of opportunities, from initial contact to closing. By tailoring the features and interface to a specific workflow or industry, this CRM will be both practical and customizable for real-world use.
Deliverables:
- A working web app built using Replit
- A lead capture form to input new contacts
- A notes and follow-up scheduling system to track interactions
- A visual status pipeline (e.g., Cold → In Progress → Won/Lost) to manage leads through the sales funnel
