Developing the HR Empowerment project for SML Consultive was a transformative experience. It challenged me to think strategically, connect HR theory to real-world leadership needs, and design solutions that drive growth. This project deepened my understanding of how empowered people create empowered organizations.

Jon was super insightful and attentive to learners' questions and needs. He is a leader, a guide, and functions as a mentor throughout the project process. I want to learn more from him. -Magdalena
