Students will research and provide an analysis of a major workplace implementation, such as role of mission, vision, values to HRM; strategic actions, strategic development techniques, HR planning, SHRM suitable to organizational culture, job analysis, organization development strategy, CSR strategy, corporate governance strategy, formulating people management strategy, HRIS strategy. Evaluate the viability of such implementation by addressing the key issues required for success.

Research evidence has reported that organization's culture influences organizational performance, job satisfaction, employee turnover, absenteeism, innovation, agility, engagement, and competitiveness. Research also shows that a toxic culture decreases productivity with 40%, while an effective culture increases productivity with 20%, and a positive culture even with 30-40% ( Ocai-online.com ).
