The group followed direction but did not take initiative. While the final deliverable was only completed after I redirected the project, they were respectful, flexible, and able to adapt. I appreciated their ability to follow through once expectations were clarified. With more ownership and proactive communication, they have the potential to grow meaningfully in future projects.
