New Building Marketing
Our organization is building a new community center. We would like to collaborate with students to review and post content promoting our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Reviewing marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc. Deploying content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic. Overseeing our channels and keeping them up-to-date. Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.

Potential Customer Segmentation Analysis
In this project, we hope to gain insight into customer segments and patterns by analyzing market data on donation behaviors. This will help us enhance and refocus our marketing efforts by being able to identify the needs of each segment, reach them most effectively, and address any pain points they face. Students will research donorโs behavior through their contribution history of various companies, analyze the data, create predictive models, and provide recommendations for how to move forward. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Analyzing market data to define different segments based on customer needs. Choosing appropriate metrics to examine the data, and analyzing it using data analysis software to identify trends and correlations. Creating predictive models for various outcomes the market may face. Creating a report with all findings from analysis conducted, including recommendations for next steps.

Community Engagement Outreach Program
Canadian Dar AlFatwa (CIDAC) aims to enhance its community engagement and participation in its educational, social, and humanitarian services. The current challenge is to effectively reach and involve a broader audience within the community. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive outreach program that leverages existing resources and introduces innovative strategies to increase awareness and participation. The project will focus on identifying key community segments, understanding their needs, and tailoring outreach efforts to effectively communicate CIDAC's offerings. By doing so, CIDAC hopes to foster stronger community ties and enhance the impact of its services. The project will require students to apply their knowledge of marketing, communication, and community development to create a strategic outreach plan.

Prayer Times App Enhancement and Website Update
Canadian Dar AlFatwa is seeking to enhance its digital offerings by developing a new prayer times app and updating its accompanying website. The current app needs improvements in user interface and functionality to better serve its community. The goal is to create a user-friendly app that accurately displays prayer times and integrates seamlessly with the website. This project will involve front-end user testing to ensure the app meets user expectations and provides a smooth experience. Additionally, the website requires updates to reflect changes made in the app and to improve overall usability. The project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of app development, user experience design, and web development in a real-world setting. - Develop and test a new prayer times app. - Conduct front-end user testing to gather feedback. - Implement changes based on user feedback. - Update the accompanying website to align with the new app features.
