Jessica was amazing to work with. Our team quickly developed a culture that was warm, curious, and productive, yet easygoing. I've developed lasting skills that I will continue to use in all future jobs that I work, thanks to Jessica and Ola. The flexibility given to us allowed my peers and I to explore our diverse interests, while still staying within the scope of the project. In addition, the constant encouragement and feedback helped me develop into a better leader, peer, and team member. I hope that future interns will benefit from the amazing culture and forward vision that reFern has to offer, and highly recommend working with Jessica and reFern.

5 Stars: The chance to work with reFern was perhaps the best Riipen experience I've had. With this company, I had the chance to gain experience in the intriguing and fast-paced world of startups, which was especially rewarding due to the current AI boom. In my role, I helped create grant applications and had the chance to apply my writing background to create thoroughly fascinating LinkedIn articles. Moreover, the company's leadership, Jessica and Ola, were the best supervisors an intern could ask for and helped to enhance our overall experience through their guidance and support. Working here was a phenomenal experience and I would highly encourage prospective interns to apply!
