The project will involve collecting and organizing relevant contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. Additionally, the project will involve conducting market analysis to understand the specific needs and pain points of property managers without portfolio management software. The project will also involve collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling outreach strategies, assisting in the creation of targeted messaging and outreach materials, maintaining and updating the prospect list to ensure accuracy and relevance, and tracking and reporting on the progress of prospect list development.
