This was a great learning experience working with Mears Law Professional Corporation! It was a pleasant experience working with Carissa to determine the hiring needs of the company. Our group was able to take the feedback and apply it and optimize talent acquisition strategies to help the company expand by finding a Law Clerk for the team.

It was a pleasure working alongside Mears Law, and developing a full-cycle recruitment strategy to help in their search for a Business Development professional to join their team. The experience was incredibly valuable, and I look forward to applying all that was learned to my own personal and professional life!

The team was highly supportive, responsive, and open to collaboration, which made it easy for us to understand their current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement. I appreciated the opportunity to apply my experience and knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute actionable strategies to enhance their talent acquisition practices. This experience strengthened my consulting, communication, and analytical skills and gave me greater confidence in working with clients to address HR challenges. I’m grateful for the mentorship and insights shared by the employer, which helped make this project both educational and rewarding.

In my opinion, there's no better way to learn than just hit the ground running and be hands on. This experience provided us with the opportunity to do just that and not only did we get to use our knowledge and skill to the test, it taught us how to collaboratively work with a team, including Carissa!
