palliative care business planning hospice internal documentation sales researchWe are looking to launch a new membership and public service in regard to hospice palliative care and would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop a financial business plan. We can provide access to internal documentation and other information as needed as well as access to key contacts. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan, which we can present to funders, private companies for funding and donors.
The plan should include:
- Sales forecasting
- Expense budget
- Income projections (conservative and aggressive)
- Assets and liabilities
- Break-even analysis
Students will need to research other membership association organizations liek us and see what they provide to thier membership and the public, while ensuring a forecased growth and funding.
The intern will be working with the ED for guidance
About the company
The BC Hospice Palliative Care Association is a open not-for-profit, membership organization, which has been representing individuals and organizations committed to promoting and delivering hospice
palliative care to British Columbians for over 34 years. Our members provide a broad range of hospice palliative care programs
and services to people in need across the province of BC and the Yukon who are dying, their loved ones who are grieving and caregivers. The services hospice societies deliver are accessible to all, regardless of the type of illness, age, sex, sexual orientation, race, culture and religious beliefs.
