Flidais.AI is applying on behalf of our customers to jobs. We currently have a Chrome extension that assists in applying to jobs on behalf of our customers. The extension autofills candidate information and resumes during applications but does not yet work reliably across all job boards. The project involves improving the extension’s compatibility, refining the autofill functionality, and ensuring it works smoothly on different job platforms with varying form requirements. User experience and ease of navigation will also be key priorities.

The primary objective is to enhance the Chrome extension so that our customer managers (who apply on behalf of clients) can seamlessly and quickly apply for jobs across multiple job boards without repetitive manual input. The goals include increasing the accuracy of form autofill, adding support for a wider range of job boards, improving handling of multiple resumes per customer, and making the interface simple and intuitive for daily use. Ultimately, this will save time, reduce errors, and improve efficiency in serving our clients.
