Details

The main objective of this internship project is to develop and implement effective advertising strategies on LinkedIn and Google Ads platforms, aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates for a given company. Students will be tasked with conducting market research, identifying target audiences, creating compelling ad content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ad spend and ROI. By the end of the project, students are expected to have achieved measurable improvements in the company's online marketing efforts and to present a document charting this progress.

Deliverables

To successfully achieve the project goal, students will need to undertake a series of activities including: conducting thorough market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges; defining clear and measurable objectives for the ad campaigns; segmenting the target audience based on demographics, interests, and behaviors; designing and testing various ad creatives and copy to determine the most effective messages; setting up and managing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, including budget allocation and bidding strategies; continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance using key metrics; and iterating on strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize the campaigns for higher conversion rates and better ROI. These tasks will equip students with hands-on experience in navigating digital advertising platforms and executing marketing strategies.

Mentorship

Students will receive comprehensive support and mentorship throughout the project to ensure their success. This includes weekly video meetings for progress updates, brainstorming sessions, and direct mentorship from experienced staff who will provide guidance on strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns. Additionally, students will have access to essential tools and technologies, including LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, as well as relevant data sets for market analysis and campaign performance tracking. Asynchronous feedback will be provided on students' work, offering constructive critiques and suggestions for improvement. This blend of synchronous and asynchronous support mechanisms is designed to offer students a balanced learning experience, fostering both independence and guided learning.
