As a start up, i am looking for several channels to be further developed and then implemented.

* E Commerce integration across site, social and embedded throughout for secure easy check outs

  • * Create prospect list for exploring new products to carry or collaborate with. Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base.
  • * Make an excel spreadsheet with products, sku, descriptions for house brand(s) as well as partnerships. Cost, wholesale, MSRP and affiliate marketers.
  • * Determine the needs for sales growth and opportunities for distribution for the highest performing products. Compiling relevant market information.
  • * Affliate program assets, social posts, onboarding protocol and scope of their role to be created all as a package that affiliates will have access to upon registering to become a sales affiliate . Building a customizable outreach script.
  • * Source packaging for samples and options for branded swag. Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.
  • Create the template responses to Q&A, e commerce check out /shipping and tracking emails

The final project deliverable is to successfully have moved all brands/services and products to a one check out end user . This should be compiled and shared as a tracking tool in google analytics so that all products are traceable and updated in one place to then ensure tracking, analytics, content for sales and margins as well as input or remove data is able to sync across all channels. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
