Immigrants can face a lot of challenges when arriving to a new country, like difficulties to find a job, language barriers, selfconfidence, cultural differences, racism and even mental heatlh from lonelyness.

At Griottes Polyglottes we want to change the way EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) has been addressed to a more immersive, transformative, fun and impactful way.

And for that we use the power of improv combined with the theatre of the oppressed method.
The result? Enhanced creativity, communication, and confidence to tackle life's challenges head-on.

Our team-building workshops are a transformative journey for mainly immigrants and aim to:
- Empower to speak up against racism and promote cultural diversity
- Boost language confidence for French and English learners.
- Build your confidence for public speaking or job interviews.
- (Soon) Improve mental health due to lonelyless and pressure to find a job

We offer our services to corporations with culturally diverse teams (immigrants from diverse cultures), and who are driven by social changes.
Through our non-profit we serve schools, and organisations that support newcomers and immigrants.

A little more about our story:
We started in 2018 as a side business with a simple goal: to help immigrants gain confidence speaking French and English and go fearless in job interviews or meetings.
We wanted to make it fun, engaging and highly interactive, so we turned to Ingrid's passion for improvisation, role playing and theatre games as the foundation of our teaching approach
These activities not only make learning enjoyable but also bring essential communication and collaboration skills in a lively and dynamic manner.
After witnessing the positive impacts of our workshops on participants, our clients requested more sessions using our methodology.
Therefore we’ve developped what we have today as the Social Impact team building workshops.
Alongside this, we established a non-profit organization to help businesses double their social impact by sponsoring schools or other non-profits..
