What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Create a comprehensive employee handbook that reflects the company's culture and values.
- Design and implement training and development programs to support the growth and well-being of the company's employees.
- Establish a system for managing employee benefits and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop a strategy for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Consistent 24/7 availability communication with the Founder and CEO of InPower! Access to an abundance of supporting documents and volunteers to do research on their behalf if needed.
