Details

The main goal of this project is to create a customer care system for Lingobility's language students and clients. This system should include language assessment processes, tech onboarding modules, a CRM-like system in spreadsheets and via AI for following up with clients and students, and a billing system for clients that monitors their usage of hours and notifies them when their hours are nearly done.


Deliverables

In order to achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:


- Create and oversee our customer care program, including:


  • developing workflow for language assessment processes for language students and prospects.
  • Creating and overseeing tech onboarding modules for language students.
  • Conceptualizing and implementation of a CRM-like system/workflow in spreadsheets and via AI for following up with clients and students for feedback, etc.
  • Implement a billing system for clients that monitors their usage of hours and notifies them when their hours are nearly done.


Mentorship

Weekly or bi-weekly video meetings with one or more Lingobility employee with feedback and goals assessment.
