This includes assisting with the organization of the official onboarding of new employees, designing/redesigning an internal system or process related to onboarding, training, employee engagement, or work/life balance, developing a plan to address employee turnover and progressive disciplinary checks/letting staff go, creating modules of Role-Specific Training, and researching the development of the company's Emergency Response Training.
Tasks for learners to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Researching and developing a plan to address employee turnover and progressive disciplinary checks/letting staff go

- Researching and developing the company's Emergency Response Training
Final deliverables should include:
- A written report outlining the analysis of existing processes and the developed plans for onboarding, training, and emergency response
- Detailed training modules for different roles within Quadratic Sound
- A step by step document to address employee turnover and progressive disciplinary checks
To guarantee the successful completion of the HR project, particularly in areas like refining HR processes, organizing new employee onboarding, and developing inclusive programs, regular interaction with the project supervisor is crucial. We will established weekly synchronous meetings to review the progress of the project, address any urgent queries, and provide necessary guidance. These sessions will be an opportunity for the project team to present their ongoing work, such as draft policies or program outlines, receive immediate feedback, and adjust their strategies accordingly.
Furthermore, the HR team, including the supervisor, will provide support asynchronously to ensure continuous progress. This will include various methods like sending messages through internal communication platforms (e.g., Discord), sharing relevant articles, resources, or best practices, and utilizing collaborative tools like Google Docs for adding comments and suggestions directly to the project documents. This approach ensures that the project team remains guided and motivated even between the scheduled meetings, maintaining a steady pace towards achieving the project goals. Should the project timeline permit, we can incorporate optional training sessions and development workshops to enhance the scope and depth of our initiative.
