Quadratic Sound is a dynamic player in the music industry, offering an array of services including live music event production, audio recording, and rehearsal space facilitation. As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we seek a skilled Grant Writer to support our mission in bringing quality music experiences to our community and clientele.

The tasks that learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

• Identifying potential grant opportunities that align with Quadratic Sound's mission and goals.
• Create a timetable for applicable grant deadlines over the next year
• Work with the team to create project proposals, including scheduling and budgeting
• Project proposals may include launching new products or services
• Create a library of relevant materials which can be reused across multiple grant applications
• Submit available grant applications on behalf of Quadratic Sound

Students will receive regular 1-on-1 meeting time with a supervisor to get clarity on the Company's vision and mission, as well as key business and operating information that will critical to completing any grant applications. The student will also receive feedback on their copy-writing from their supervisor, as well as the wider team. The student can expect weekly synchronous checkins, as well as quick async feedback over Discord.

After the project is completed, the student will be informed if their work results in any successful grant entitlements, as there is often a delay of several months after the grant applications are submitted.
