Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Positions available: 1 team of 2 person

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

We rebranded in December and currently managing the monthly updates to the site and newsletter independently. Digital Developer adds all to the site thereafter. The content isnt tying to the products and services , nor being shared on other platforms effectively for the business and its partners. Owner is sole proprietor and zero bandwidth so requires 2 eager , self starting individuals that take iniative, ask the right questions (ones that cannot be answered by google or have been outlined initially in training) . An asset would be for a cannabis or health advocating youth to apply as this is a growing industry and virtual so very trendy in its ability to reach others. Great exposure for the right people!

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
  • Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

We have the year planned for newsletter, events, collaborations and the themes are in place. Ideally the writers will research topics that align with the theme and brands mission/values to place recipes, crafts, holistic health tips, cannabis centric news and themed content into a share folder . This role would pair nicely with the social media intern so to create calendar and content / advertising /newsletter folders for the year.

( this currently takes the owner 5-6 hours a month so i think 1 intern would be able to complete the year in 80 hours for the web site themed content.

Intern#2 would work on several short videos to cover 9 months of themes and what to expect at Hip Lives as well as radio commercial audio scripts for each.

A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.
