marketing zoho office suite social media data entry customer relationship management sap business connectorWe are currently launching a new website for our company and we have a project that we require talented individuals that can organize our contacts in our ZOHO CRM. ZOHO is already set up with categories to assist us in entering the information for each organization/contact so that the team can go through the contacts within ZOHO CRM. The ultimate goal is to clean up our contact lists in preparation for the CRM data base, so that we can be more accurate in our systems to run future campaigns.
We also hope to compare our Gmail contacts with our zoho contacts to ensure both lists are accurate and close to the same results. We also would like to create a group of contacts for - SBC employees, SBC speakers and have those entities match in ZOHO CRM and Gmail.
We have the CRM set up already and we hope that we can optimize our system so that we can reach out to all our previous clients when launching our new website. Our 2021 goal is to become an outbound company for marketing campaigns, therefore we hope that we can set this all up correctly for mass email campaigns in the near future. The campaigns we will run will be through email only so it will be mostly data entry at the start.
IF WE HAVE TIME:
Once we have all the contacts organized, we will then run campaigns for each contact so that we can clean up the list one more time. Emails may bounce, contacts can change etc. and we hope to take our current list and improve it moving forward. If the team does not wish to manage any campaigns, there is also the opportunity to clean up our LinkedIn lists - transfer my fathers contacts to our profile, gain contacts based on our Zoho list, try to get them to like our pages on facebook and linkedin.
The types of contacts we have are:
- Clients/organizers
- Procurement/administrators for bookings
- Speakers in our roster
- Speakers outside of our roster
- Business/ Working partners
We hope for the intern to run campaigns for:
- Phone calls (interns choice if they would like to do so)
- Social Media/LinkedIn -
There are about 5000 contacts in zoho and gmail which lists are very close to one another.
I am the executive director who will be assisting you with every step. Our admin assistant will be guiding you through the data. Our web/crm developer will be there to assist you with the contact organization
About the company
We are a public speaking agency that books virtual and public speakers for corporate events for all types of organizations in Canada. We are on a brokerage business model, where we have some exclusive suppliers (speakers) and others who are not exclusive. We get contacted for a list of speakers for an event, supply them with speaker options and manage the logistics of booking the speaker. We take a small commission from the sale and help coordinate speakers' schedules, agreements, and payments and provide additional services as experts in matching the right speaker with the right audience. We are a small team of 6 located in Calgary and Edmonton. working from home. We also have an office in Calgary.
