- What is the main goal for this project?

We are well on our way to becoming an outbound business, currently nearing the launch of our new website (www.speakerscanada.com) . We require a team or individuals to help create social media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
There are many different approaches and opportunities we have come up with to assist us with our marketing but hope to get some fresh minds on the project to develop materials to increase our digital imprint, and social media presence and engage our customers.
Types of content on social media and website
- Showcase speakers from website
- Showcase trending topics from website
- Showcase types from website
- Brand recognition - tesimonials
- Blogs about industry tips, working with us and our team etc...
- Ongoing and upcoming events with our speaker's reposts - can be managed by someone else
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Can access our designer and build out templates that match pre existing ideas and strategy (currently is being built as we speak)
Use images and content from the site to create posts on each platform
Develop strategy for different types of posts - style and creative for each platform
Build out posts related to strategy and for each platform
Split tested campaign management to create strategy based on engagement and targeted clients within the industry
Hashtags, Tags and post writing descriptions
Create a backlog folder with posts scheduled in order for each platform - as many as we can do

About the company
We are a public speaking agency that books virtual and public speakers for corporate events for all types of organizations in Canada. We are on a brokerage business model, where we have some exclusive suppliers (speakers) and others who are not exclusive. We get contacted for a list of speakers for an event, supply them with speaker options and manage the logistics of booking the speaker. We take a small commission from the sale and help coordinate speakers' schedules, agreements, and payments and provide additional services as experts in matching the right speaker with the right audience. We are a small team of 6 located in Calgary and Edmonton. working from home. We also have an office in Calgary.
