Many are bilingual, mature learners with prior work or classroom experience. They can support with curriculum development, EAL/ESL projects, learning resources, policy research, and inclusive education initiatives, contributing a minimum of 30 project hours.
Learners
Depending on the project, students may produce research reports, literature reviews, lesson plans, learning resources, or programme materials; support curriculum design and policy development; assist with mentoring or group facilitation; and contribute to inclusion, SEND, or EAL/ESL initiatives.
